Rev. Robert Dillingham is a pastor in the Illinois Great Rivers Conference of the United Methodist Church serving Farina, Illinois.
Rob serves as a hospice chaplain with Hospital Sisters Health Systems through HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham, Illinois. He is also both chaplain and a volunteer firefighter on the Farina Fire Department, as well as a chaplain with Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (MABAS) Division 54. Rob is on the board of the Farina Daily Bread Food Pantry and is the Clergy Care Guide for the Kaskaskia River District of the IGRC, serving as a pastoral presence in the lives of over 70 pastors.
Rob obtained his Masters of Divinity at Eden Theological Seminary in Webster Groves, MO, and received a B.A. in History from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL. A provisional elder in the United Methodist Church, Rob is excited to be in ministry with great people and looks forward to leading communities of faith in an ever changing world.
Rob is married to Ashley Mitchem Dillingham and they have one daughter, Vera, who is four years old. They are also proud exchange parents of Elli, their Finnish daughter who lived with them for the 2016-2017 school year.
